2. How do I know which lug width to choose for my watch?
Measure the distance between the lugs (where the strap attaches to your watch) using a ruler or caliper. Our straps come in 20mm, 22mm, 24mm, and 26mm widths to fit most watches, including sports, dive, and dress styles. 3. What materials do you use for your leather goods?
Our Classic Series uses premium full-grain leather, while our Signature Series features vegetable-tanned leather from Italian tanneries like Conceria La Bretagna, or exotic leathers from all over the world. All straps are hand-stitched with Amann Serafil thread for heirloom-quality durability.
4. What’s the difference between the Classic and Signature Series?
The Classic Series offers everyday luxury with machine-stitched, premium full-grain leather and hand finished details. The Signature Series is fully hand-stitched with our “whole soul,” using vegetable-tanned or exotic leathers, and features 24k gold leaf embossing for a luxurious, rugged finish.
5. How long does shipping take, and how much does it cost?
Standard orders ship in 1–3 days; custom orders take 7–14 days. We offer free US shipping on orders over $100. For orders under $100, flat-rate shipping starts at $5. International shipping is available, please contact us first—rates vary by destination and start at $15.
6. Can I request a custom size or design?
Yes! We offer custom sizes and designs to ensure the perfect fit. Contact us with your wrist measurement or design preferences, and we’ll craft a piece just for you. Most custom orders ship in 7–14 days (unless otherwise noted, check our homepage for current lead times) and start at $160 for Signature Series straps.
7. How do I care for my leather strap or accessory?
Keep your leather looking its best by avoiding prolonged exposure to water or direct sunlight. Clean with a damp cloth and apply a leather conditioner every 6 months. For detailed care tips, email us—we’re happy to help your piece age beautifully.
8. What is your return or exchange policy?
We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, return unworn items within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Custom orders are final sale. Contact us to start the process—shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.
9. Do your straps come with buckles or spring bars?
Yes, all straps include a polished stainless steel buckle and spring bars for easy installation. You may also elect to purchase a strap without a buckle if you have one that you already enjoy, just select "No Buckle" on the product page before adding it to your cart!
10. How long will my leather strap last?
With proper care, our straps are built to last for years. The full-grain and vegetable-tanned leathers develop a rich patina over time, reflecting your adventures. Signature Series straps, hand-stitched with the utmost care, are designed for heirloom-quality durability.
